 | Human Rights Initiative awards $150k from Mellon Foundation |
The Human Rights Initiative has been awarded a $150,000 grant from the A.W. Mellon Foundation.
The award is to hold a Sawyer Seminar on the theme of "Vulnerability and Resilience: Rethinking Human Rights for the 21st Century."
In
addition to holding seminars from January 2010 to May 2011, the grant will fund
two graduate student assistants and a post-doctoral fellow. For more
